gesa Report post Posted September 20, 2009 Hello, I was asked by a colleque at work to make a Rocking Horse saddle to replace a torn up plastic one. He gave it to the new owner , a 3 year old girl.....and guess what happend when her 5 year old sister saw the saddle! Her Rocking horse needed also a new saddle The second one was build a bit different with a padded seat. I had a lot of fun to make them. Gesa

CitizenKate Report post Posted September 21, 2009 I've always thought about trying something like that sometime. I think of it every time I see a beautiful handcrafted rocking horse with just a piece of vinyl for a saddle. In fact, I bet there are a lot of wood workers out there making rocking horses who would probably buy your leather rocking horse saddles to put on them.
