Members JDRamsey Posted October 7, 2009 Members Report Posted October 7, 2009 Ok, Johanna. You said to contribute, post, and share when I spoke with you at the IFLG show in Indy, so here goes. I was very happy to meet you at the show and enjoyed your seminar. Please don't forget to send a copy of the hand-outs for that seminar when you get time. Thanks for your encouragement, support, and advise. Here are a couple of items for constructive criticism from anyone. Thanks. Jim Ramsey Quote
Members kevinhopkins Posted October 7, 2009 Members Report Posted October 7, 2009 y'know....that's just nice stuff. Criticism....well, I really don't have any, because it's just nice. I've got a feeling you probably already know what you could do better. Nothing stands out to me! I like it! Kevin Quote

I have been told by leather guild members that I should start entering the work in competition. The judges would be brutally frank, and I might pick up some methods for improvement from them. Also, it is easier to find flaws by examining the actual item than it is by just reviewing the picture. Jim Quote
MADMAX22 Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 I missed this one but wanna say your stuff looks really good. If you want some frank criticism put your stuff up in the critique section asking for such. People will give you alot of good pointers to help you improve. Quote
Members kiltboy Posted March 5, 2010 Members Report Posted March 5, 2010 Criticisms? It looks clean and well made. Stamping is crisp, stitch work is even and again, well done. Good color(s). So terrible, I'll send you my mailing information so you can properly dispose of them... ;-P You should consider competetion, as it can only push you to greater tests and skills! Quote
