Members WARHORSE Posted November 8, 2009 Members Report Posted November 8, 2009 My first seat project. Currently working on my second one since I have a better idea of what I am doing, thank you to all who gave me direction. Lacing is not final but figured I would post it anyway.... Quote
BWL Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 Very good for your first seat. Can't wait to see the finisched project. If the lace isn't finish I hope your going for a bolder lace job. Quote

I will do tighter lacing perhaps a Mexican Braid for the final. This is a pan I am going to do several tooled projects on, at least until I can get my hands on another pan. Quote
Members Storm Posted November 8, 2009 Members Report Posted November 8, 2009 Very sweet for your first carved seat! Not to shabby at all. Storm Quote
Members DUDDY Posted November 9, 2009 Members Report Posted November 9, 2009 Great work, would like to see it when the lacying is done... Quote
Members TroyS Posted November 9, 2009 Members Report Posted November 9, 2009 The tooling looks great! I like the two tone color scheme. A Two Tone Mexican Basket weave would look great! It would tie the top and bottom leather colors together! Very nice for your first seat! Quote
Members McJeep Posted November 9, 2009 Members Report Posted November 9, 2009 My first seat project. Wow! Nice first seat. I'm digging on the skull and the intricacy of your lettering. Great work! Quote
