BWL Report post Posted December 6, 2009 One of my students at school had a pick case someone had given him. He had carried this caase for awhile abd it broke. I offered to make him a "real one" out of leather for the pattern. I'm not quite finished with it but, here are a couple of pics. Pic upload is broken. I'll try again latter
BWL Report post Posted December 6, 2009 One of my students had been carrying a pick case around for ever. It broke one day, he knew I was a leatherworker, and he ask me to fix it. It was a little cheap looking, so I said I would make him a new one if I could take the old one for a pattern. He agreed and was very supprised at his new pick holder. It still needs a little more work and a key ring.

BWL Report post Posted December 7, 2009 First let me thank everyone for veiwing my post. I'm fairly new here and am not very active due to my schedule. I would be happy to share the pick case with all however it will not be untill Friday. I still have to refine it a bit and it is on a word doc. If you have a pattern that you could share in exchange that would be great. Maybe we could start a "Patswap"© (pattern swap)
ETW Grumpy Report post Posted December 8, 2009 Sounds like a plan. I, too will have to digitize a pattern for a wallet, so it'll be a couple of days. I'll PM you with it when it's ready. Thanks!
Cyrex Report post Posted February 23, 2010 You're a genius! I never even thought of the idea of a pick case. I've been playing (and losing guitar picks) for years. OK, now I have to make myself a guitar pick case. Thank you!

I have since then looked for them on the internet and there they were; a little cheaper made but there non the less. If you have a problem with the pattern, give me a shout.
