Members rickeyfro Posted December 23, 2009 Members Report Posted December 23, 2009 As hard as Ive tried I cant seem to learn things like a Turkshead from paper directions, Im thinking of getting a DVD and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on Robert Blacks Decorative Braiding and Knotting DVD Quote
Members Spence Posted December 23, 2009 Members Report Posted December 23, 2009 Don't know anything about it. Are there any previews or clips from it? Website? Quote
rcsaddles Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 (edited) I have not seen these DVD's but have heard many people say they are very easy to follow and are great to learn from. I guess I would recommend you get it. I have the Ron Edwards books and for me, they are easier to follow than any other written form. Maybe Bryan from khww will chime in here and give an opinion. TimKleffner Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 Hi All I have those DVDs. I like them, they are well produced and Robert Black puts a good spin on the information. I believe that his DVDs are well worth the money. Merry Christmas Peace on Earth Tim Quote

Members 8thsinner Posted December 23, 2009 Members Report Posted December 23, 2009 There are a lot of these on youtube which might help yoo, you can easily download them with video downloader for firefox. Most of them don't go too high on the number of bights but they are worth looking at first before dolling out loads of money on dvds. Quote
