montanadreams Report post Posted January 4, 2010 You could try patterns made for fabric and make adjustments for sewing the style of seam you will use, or you could have a professional pattern maker design something original for your new line. Alternatively, you could experiment with your own paper patterns, and make a sample using inexpensive fabric like muslin or denim to see how the piece fits and drapes. broncobuster Report post Posted January 9, 2010 you can go to fabric store and look in the pattern books. look in the costume section. there is also buckaroo bobbins which has pattern for the western clothing. I have piles of clothing patterns i use to make leather stuff with. heres some other places for patterns.
