HorsehairBraider Posted April 21, 2010 Report Posted April 21, 2010 Man - doesn't that cook know genius when he sees it?! That's quite clever and looks like it would work perfectly. Excellent work! Quote
Members megabit Posted April 21, 2010 Members Report Posted April 21, 2010 Wow talk about heavy duty. Did you fabricate that whole thing or re-purpose something? Quote

Gday Mike yeah i know it looks a bit heavy duty but i only use the rachets to stop it unwinding !!!! i only tighten it by hand , and i only used what i had in the shed , a couple of bearings and a bit of 2inch box section Cheers Bevan Edited April 21, 2010 by Bevan Quote

Members rgerbitz Posted April 29, 2010 Members Report Posted April 29, 2010 That's awsome, beats the snot out of twisting by hand. Thanks for the idea. Quote
TrustCommunicationConsent Posted May 3, 2010 Report Posted May 3, 2010 I will add my thanks for the idea to that. I do not have the bearings or the bearing holders or even the thing that you run thru them but the idea i can and will use. I just started making a different kind of whip for BDSM people that has a twisted rawhide core, this i then cover with a thin leather and add lead shot. This gives both the weight many people like and much livlier whip than with a sewn lead filled belly.
