New Sheath And New Knife

Recommended Posts

here are a few pics of my latest sheath with it´s knife

the knife is made from Damasteel with snakewood scales and a 0.02" thick black liner.

it is 9.85" long, 1.6" wide and has a blade thats 5.12" long measured diagonally from the plunge to the tip.

there are a couple of small things to do to it before it goes out the door.

what do you all think of the leather work and the knife?

I really like them simple but with "curb appeal". So is the knife made of true damascuss or is it a "printed steel"? and what would a knife like that go for?

Look Great.

Nice design on the knife I like it. The sheath goes very well with it so I would say your good to go with that.

damasteel makes their billets from pmc 27 and rwl34

it isn´t a traditional damascus in the sence of welding 2 or more steels together

they make it from powder and weld it under high preasure,

after that they coin it, twist it or whatever they have to to get the patterns they want.

check out their website http://www.damasteel.com/index.html
