llasso Report post Posted April 22, 2008 A while back I was inspired by Tracy Moss who did a wonderful Guitar Cover. I make things for other people but nothing for myself. I decided to make this cover for my old guitar... Here it is////// Larry Lasso
TomSwede Report post Posted April 22, 2008 Awsome Larry! You must have a fetish for backgrounding, lol. So do I even if not used much last few projects. I like the way you put the horsehead, it's a bit irritates the eye just enough but do not disturb it (eyecatcher). A good way to create attention and open the mind to explore the rest of all the beautiful stuff. Way cool and you sure earned your piece. I know that feeling about never get any goodies for one self. llasso Report post Posted April 22, 2008 Larry, how is the leather attached? And does it affect the sound quality? Rick Top of the old guitar was sanded and leather weld applied to guitar and the leather.. Yes it does effect the sound, will muffell it. But this is for show on an old cheap guitar but it will still play .... This will become a stage show guitar..............
