Great looking work DENEKEN, the armour looks like a lot of time went into it. What type of leather did you use for the softer part of the bags? it looks quite nice.

I spent nearly 1 day on armor.

I used a leather like "suedes", soft and tough.

I love the bags and the armour!!!

My son's have been working on some armour and changed their design several times. If they ever finish it, maybe I will get to post a pic!! lol

Good job Deneken!!

Ooh. Love the bags! Is there a drawstring under the flap?

I really like these Deneken.

Can you take a picture of the bag with the flap open so we can see under it. What shape does the soft portion have to be cut to in order to make these?

Is the armor front and back one piece? I don't see a seam but the hanger may be hiding it.

Thanks,

Great stuff Deneken!

The flap on the last purse really cught me on and love the plastron. Clever use of the stamps makes it looks just fantastic :You_Rock_Emoticon:

Nice and rich colours too.

Is there a specific date or location attached to those bags?

The firsts "aumonières" haven't specific date, but the rectangular is based on fabric "aumonière" of 15th century
