DaveJohnson Posted February 27, 2011 Report Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) Hello All I recently received two gifts from the Basque Country here in France and would love to add my touch to them and keep them secure : 1. A small knife shaped like a Chilli Pepper called a Bixia - the sheath it comes with looks plain and does not attach to a belt. 2. A beautiful Basque walking stick called a Makhila Both have strange shapes and I wondered if you have any ideas on how I could design a sheath for the knife and a cover / holder for the stick ?? Look forward to your advice Dave Edited February 27, 2011 by DaveJohnson Quote The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. – A. Members Dwight Posted February 27, 2011 Members Report Posted February 27, 2011 That is one pretty knife and sheath. I would put a belt clip on the back of it, . . . we use them for all sorts of stuff that needs to be "belted" Looks like the drawing, . . . uses a small piece of leather to hold it in place, . . . it is sewn to the original sheath / box / bag / holster or whatever. May God bless, Dwight sheath clip.bmp Quote If you can breathe, . . . thank God. If you can read, . . . thank a teacher.
