LeatherSmitty Report post Posted March 21, 2011 WOW! Looks Great! One question: How did you attach the holster to the skirting? Obviously you wouldn't want to cover that beautiful gator skin with a strap.
kid terico Report post Posted March 21, 2011 Two T-nuts are layed inbetween the linning and the main leather before I glue them together. Then I put a screw through the back skirt after I punch a hole, put a leather spacer and then bolt it all together. TexasJack Report post Posted March 22, 2011 That's one mean looking holster! Kinda surprised to see shotgun loops - or at least ALL the loops for shotgun shells. Nice job!

Texas Jack my bad. I should have taken a picture of the left side. It has loops for a 45 cartiridge. Thank all of you for your comments. DSJackson Report post Posted March 22, 2011 Like the other comments, I don't spend much time thinking about holsters but that is seriously one bad-ass holster! I can't believe how awesome that looks!

KT Thanks! I did something similar with rivet backs...stupid stupid stupid...when the rivets popped, there was no way to fix it. I hate learning the hard way.
