dirtclod Report post Posted June 23, 2011 I would make a light box if you don't have one. Theirs a link on how make in down towards the bottom of the page in Photography form on the forms page. On ebay i would crop them tighter and make the picture bigger on ebay and get rid of that white thing in the pictures. Try different colors of backgrounds i bet you can find something better than the leather or a different color anyway. Different color mask might better with different colors of back grounds. Maybe get a head to put the mask on. I do like your mask.
achitect Report post Posted June 24, 2011 thanks I will see what I can come up with. the white thing in the picture is to keep my camera from color adjusting the whole picture and leaving the masks looking a different color other than they are. some one suggested this and it works pretty good, but I did not have a good enough set up to keep it far enough out of frame to crop the picture properly this time. so a light box it is then. atom6ix Report post Posted March 29, 2015 I like the work that you are doing here. I have one major critique for you, take it or leave it. all of your masks look great because of how organic they look, the one exception to this is your eye holes. In every one of those masks you wrap your edges, then the eye holes are very hard edged. All of these would be significantly more dramatic with those external edges beveled and burnished. Don't take this as an insult to your work but I really think smoothing those edges will give you a leap on attractiveness.
