Members Ken Nelson Posted June 25, 2011 Members Report Posted June 25, 2011 How good or poor is a Landis #1 in good shape with feet. Any demand for them and any ideas of value. I have one coming up with a group of other equipment I am dealing on. Thank you Ken Quote

Members amuckart Posted July 22, 2011 Members Report Posted July 22, 2011 Have a look at this thread particularly Henry Veenhoven's comments at the bottom. Searching the site for "Landis #1" (which I do via google - "landis #1" site:leatherworker.net) will show up a bit more too. Quote
Members cowcamp Posted July 29, 2011 Members Report Posted July 29, 2011 In my opinion a landowner 1 is a fantastic machine. I got mine from under a barn and was half buried in the dirt for lord knows how long Rusted solid I brought it home wire wheeled it oiled and after finding needles started stiching 3/4 to 1 inch leather Hard to beat that Quote
