BTW just joking around with the poll answers....little humor.

There needs to be a poll option of: "Never heard of 'em, but it's pretty good stuff."

Or....."think I'll post these pictures I found in a computer I found at a garage sale, and see if they buy it"

I think your detail work looks really great! Might I ask what color that brown is? I really LOVE that!

I like it all! Nice work, Eric.

I'm curious about what the roller is used for, and about what that is that's just below and to the left of it in the pictures.

Really good looking work!

My only critique is a slight concern that the leather that sweeps up to cover the trigger area could soften over time and potentially catch in the trigger while holstering.

Thank you Sir! That is a Mahogany, Weaver dye. I call it black cherry on my website though.

Thank you my friend!

I use it to adhere the glue uniformly when I bond exotics and I also use it for my belts....fingers are getting a little tired hahaha!

Thanks Woodandsteel. It actually helps to stiffen the top edge so I think that it will wear better over time vs having just the one piece (thickness of leather) that could soften and allow it to work into the trigger guard area.

I started doing that a while back to kind of put my own sort of "flair" into it. I havent seen that kind of little swoop on other makers so far.

Hahaha you should have seen it before I scooped everything to the side for the pic hahaha!

you are talented, my friend.

Thank you my friend!

Thank you! Just keep at it and you will. Although I think im getting closer Im still not quite where I want to be yet. Im still learning and I think I always will be.

You know before I started I thought how hard can it be? Now that im into the craft its amazing how complex it actually is.

I never would have dreamed that wrapping leather around a gun could be such a complex process.

Wouldnt trade this job for the world!

I dont see how anyone could ever get bored with it.
