multistage Report post Posted October 10, 2011 Hello to all, new to forum but certainly not new to pounding leather. I have some stamps for sale, should anyone be interested. These are very lightly used, and of course in outstanding condition. I bought these stamps from the man himself, Don King. I was lucky enough to be invited to his home while in Sheridan on a "tool raid" which had started with the Fay boys, then Don Butler. As expected, Mr King was very gracious and kind. You even forgot you were talking to a legend, so personable was he. What I have for sale are four bargrounders, size 27, in 5, 6, 7, and 8 hole. I also have two border stamps and two basket stamps with double rope centers. Please forgive me for being primative with modern technology, but this picture is the best I can do. Should you be interested, please shoot me an e-mail with an offer. Many thanks. URL=http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/812/newpics138.jpg/][/url]

multistage Report post Posted October 13, 2011 The basket stamps and borders have been sold. The bargrounders remain for sale. I have had questions about the markings, and yes, they all are marked Don King Sheridan Wyo.
