Members rgerbitz Posted October 16, 2011 Members Report Posted October 16, 2011 Anyone know where to find cardboard boxes to ship saddles in? Thank you Rob Quote
Members horsewreck Posted October 16, 2011 Members Report Posted October 16, 2011 Rob, Try to locate some store near by you that sell production saddles. They get saddles in to stock and have those big boxes they most often just throw away, That's where we get our shipping boxes from for free...... Jeff Quote
Members Blake Posted October 16, 2011 Members Report Posted October 16, 2011 Anyone know where to find cardboard boxes to ship saddles in? Thank you Rob A Uhaul rental store carries boxes. A little pricey but sturdy if you only need one . The dish packing box is about the right size. Blake Quote
Members TigerPal Posted October 16, 2011 Members Report Posted October 16, 2011 You might also try a furniture store, especially one that sells recliners. Quote
Members RidersChoiceSaddleCo Posted October 25, 2011 Members Report Posted October 25, 2011 You could have a local company that makes cardboard boxes, I know we have several in our area. I can tell you we pay about 4.50 a box for each one. Quote
Members saddles Posted October 25, 2011 Members Report Posted October 25, 2011 We have ours built. They are 29 x 19 x 19 1/2 which works well for UPS OS1 requirements. They are a 275 test with double flaps. If you are shipping saddles you need good boxes! Quote
