Members Fluharty325 Posted November 21, 2011 Members Report Posted November 21, 2011 Can I wet form leather using a mold and die process ? I want to produce a wet molded bag as quickly as possible. Can I make a male form and a female frame to attach the leather to and stretch it over ? I can put up a drawing of what I intend to make if it would help. Thanks for any suggestions and help. Quote
electrathon Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Yes, that will work, assuming your mold is correct. Aaron Quote
Members Dwight Posted November 23, 2011 Members Report Posted November 23, 2011 You can also use a vacuum bag and mold to achieve the same basic results, . . . in many cases.
