Saddle looks really nice. Is running the stirup leathers on the outside of the fenders just for extra style or some sort of function.

Great looking saddle. I do have a stupid question. I am familiar with the term "wade," but what is a 'half breed?' Does it have to do with the use of grain and flesh sides of leather? Just thought it would be interesting to know.
