steelhawk Report post Posted December 7, 2011 I have a belt glued up that I had an order for, but the customer canceled. I haven't done anything to it yet, so no big deal, really. However, if I were to cut it to length and stitch it up for sale, I wondered what size to make it that would be most easily sold. I tried to search and see it this was covered, but was unable to find anything.

If a wide gun belt, made to wear over the normal trousers belt it would be around 42". Mike

Rayban Report post Posted December 7, 2011 Based on a quick look at the list of orders I've had since April, I would make it 40"....there is BY FAR more 39, 40, 41 on the list than any other size.
Dwight Report post Posted December 8, 2011 I'd just hang it in the closet until someone wanted one that I could cut from that size. Be a real kicker to cut it to 38, and the very next customer needs a 42. May God bless, Dwight
