Members TomG Posted December 17, 2011 Members Report Posted December 17, 2011 I have searched the boards for this question. I could swear I saw it. Sometimes when I and sewing and make the 90 dgree turn, the thread on the top stitch pulls into the center, creating a curved corner. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong in these cases. Anyone have a clue? Thanks Tom Quote Tom Gregory Legacy Leathercraft www.legacyleathercraft.com www.etsy.com/shop/legacyleathercraft
Members steveh Posted December 17, 2011 Members Report Posted December 17, 2011 Sew all the way to the point that you want to make the turn 90 degrees , stop, let the needle travel all the way down, and then travel half way up on up stroke, stop raise your presser foot turn your work 90 degrees lower your presser foot ,and continue sewing. steve Quote
