The visor used to be a standard Tandy kit.  They don't make it anymore but I still have the pattern for the two piece project I created years ago. As is the case with so many Tandy kits...the leather was not all that good and I used the pieces to create my own pattern. There is just the visor, the head band and an 1 1/4" buckle. This is one of my favorite designs. The Winged Skull just fits the shape.
