I have trouble to get the good dye too.All I can find are "sub-assembly" or "no brands",some are ok if lucky.

Anyway,I would use some black paste or tan ,after dye the leather, to make the corlor more natural,if not darker.

Alright, thank your for your tip - I´ll give that a try next time!
