Members mark behnke Posted February 13, 2012 Members Report Posted February 13, 2012 This is the second sheath using the swivel knife. Next I'm going to try making my oun basket weave by shading and beveling the squares. Wish me luck and thanks for looking. Quote

Members steelhawk Posted February 13, 2012 Members Report Posted February 13, 2012 Thanks. This is what I need to build a sheath for. It belonged to my Grandfather. I hope mine is as good as yours. Quote
Members mark behnke Posted February 14, 2012 Author Members Report Posted February 14, 2012 George and Trav thanks for the feed back, steelhawk, looking at your work I don't think you're going to have any problems. Quote
Members malabar Posted February 14, 2012 Members Report Posted February 14, 2012 Nice workmanship! I like the pattern. On the next one, you might consider moving the retaining strap down flush against the guard of the knife. It prevents the knife from accidentally backing out of the sheath. Not very likely with a well-made sheath, but it can happen. tk Quote
