Members Dagr Posted July 11, 2008 Members Report Posted July 11, 2008 Nice work! I do alot of Celtic stuff, and it can be a real pita! Keep it up Quote
Members 12stones Posted July 11, 2008 Members Report Posted July 11, 2008 Looks good. Celtic will be the majority of my tooling, so now I have something to compare my quality with. Quote
Members DJole Posted July 20, 2008 Members Report Posted July 20, 2008 Yeah, I like that second pattern better. The horse is too pictorial--it's not abstract enough, like the original Celtic design work is. (And for what it's worth, the second pattern isn't really Celtic--I would categorize it as more Norse than Celtic, based on a few stylistic cues. Not all knotwork is Celtic, after all.) Quote \D. ArtS Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 Great stuff! I like the horse too. ArtS Quote Art Schwab "You cannot teach a man anything. You can only help him discover it within himself." – Galileo Galilei
