ChuckBurrows Report post Posted June 9, 2012 That is not a thonging chisel, it's an English pricking iron used to mark stitches do a web search for pricking iron or leather pricking iron - Joseph Dixon and Vergez Blanchard are two makers and are/were sold via Siegel - not cheap though so be prepared for sticker shock.......you can also try Ebay, etc. or www.Proleptic.net for new or used ones.
