Members teamroper55 Posted November 7, 2012 Members Report Posted November 7, 2012 I am thinking about basically making a circle from a 4 wide strap and I want to attach it together by butting the two opposite sides together. I know that I can use a curved awl and curved needles with a saddle stitch, but I was was wondering if anyone has a good way to use lace and be able to cover the seem. The only lace examples I have seen are for attaching two pieces flat together. This piece will be wrapped tight around a round object and I think a lace would look nice. Thanks, Chad Quote

Members teamroper55 Posted December 9, 2012 Author Members Report Posted December 9, 2012 So just to give y'all a laugh, I saved the lace butt joint pdf on a flash drive and my girlfriend opened it up the other day. The title was only lace butt joint. I got the worst look and had to do a lot of explaining fast. Quote
