Looking For 1/8" Burgundy Kangaroo Lace...y-Knot Is Sold Out

Hey Folks,

I'm looking to buy 20ft or so of the 1/8" burgundy lace like y-knot sells. Sent Barb a message to find out when it will be back in stock but I have a feeling it won't be in time.

I just started experimenting with cutting my own lace so that's not an option for the project. If you have a roll and are willing to part with some of it, drop me a message with a price and let's talk!

Cheers,

Chris

Try Springfield Leather. I just saw some burgundy listed there. Brad

Thanks Brad, I checked with SLC right after Y-Knot. The picture struck me as odd though so I called and Emma confirmed it's not burgundy, it's a strange fuscia color. I thought maybe the picture was just off but that is the true color, appears they need to rename it.

Burgundy must be a hard color to match. Just found these guys for you, but it looks more brown.

Brother, you came through nicely! I thought it looked brown too until I looked at the color chart they have on another page. Definitely has the red/wine tone to it I'm looking for.

Thanks! http://www.amazing-lace.net/store/downloads/roolace_large_colors.jpg

I think Amazing Lace is selling the same leather as y-knot. I'm not certain, but I think so.

Always glad to help man. I had never heard of them before, but looked through a few places on Google and that looked like the best.

Received my order from Amazing Lace, only 8 days mailing time from Australia to L.A.

Price was a touch more than what we'd pay buying from Y-knot but that was mainly due to shipping across the Atlantic.

Looking at the lace, I'm thinking this is Y-knot's supplier or somehow related as the thickness and quality is almost identical.

Will definitely make a great source for hard to find colors and when Y-knot is out of stock. The part I really like about them is they will sell almost any color in increments of 10 yards so if you only need a bit and not a whole roll you can save some serious money.

Here's a pic of the burgundy compared to Springfield's red kangaroo on black chrome tanned cowhide for contrast. Definitely a nice wine/burgundy color, the client loves it.
