Singer 31-17 User Manual

I'm looking for a user manual for a 31-17 Singer. Need to know how to set the depth of the needle shaft I guess that is what it's called. Had to pull the shaft out and replace it and it wasn't in the right position to begin with. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Set it so that the point of the shuttle passes about 1/8" above the top of the eye of the needle as you turn the machine in the direction that it runs.

The bottom roller feed wheel is still made! Not sure of the quality as I am waiting for some to arrive.
