SooperJake Report post Posted April 11, 2013 Are the Glock Gen4 dimensions different than previous models?
D Fingers Report post Posted April 11, 2013 Should fit Gen 3 holsters perfectly. The only dimensional change is in the blackstrap.
J Hayes Report post Posted April 11, 2013 Magazine release is larger on the gen 4 as well, the width is about double with the extra bit towards the trigger.
glockanator Report post Posted April 11, 2013 They also changed the rail to only accept glock products. Don't know if that will affect a holster in the long run though
joshk Report post Posted April 11, 2013 They also changed the rail to only accept glock products. Don't know if that will affect a holster in the long run though the rail is the same as the Gen 3's.... the only changes they made externally were to the grip texture, mag release, and the backstrap.... none of which should affect holster function.... mlapaglia Report post Posted April 13, 2013 Ive got a couple Gen 4's and a Gen 3. The Rail on the Gen 4's, at least the ones I have, are standard weaver rails and work fine with all my stuff.
wolfe9 Report post Posted April 13, 2013 Just remember that the old ones don't have a rail
