Members DJ1935 Posted September 2, 2008 Members Report Posted September 2, 2008 Some time ago I was asked to make some belts for a our local Museum souvenir shop. The Museum is centred around the Scottish settlers who arrived in the area over a Century ago so the request was for belts with a Scotch Thistle. I searched high and low for a stamp to no avail, so put a request on the leatherworker.net. This request was answered by Indybear who offered to draw up and make a stamp to our requirements. I would like to take this opportunity to thank John for his wonderful work, patience and help. If you are wanting a stamp made I throughly recommend Indybear. This is the first belt with the Thistle Stamp incorporated into the design. Quote

Members indypbear Posted September 4, 2008 Members Report Posted September 4, 2008 Donna, Nice looking sturdy belt. You added the design that made the Thistle work. I love the Kiwi buckle too. Do you have a resource for different buckles like that in NZ? Keep up the good work. Indypbear aka John PS-thanks to Tom and Josh for your kind words. We try our best for ya'll. JKK Quote
