Best Quality Light Weight Veg Tan?

Hi everyone, I am just wondering what brand or where you purchase your favorite light weight veg tan leather sides from?

2-3oz

I have used the Royal Meadow line from Tandy and it was really quite nice.

I ordered one of their cheaper lines, the Oak Leaf out of curiosity as it was extremely cheap...and thats exactly what I got, cheap leather. I will use it for something at some stage, lining belts etc.

Here in Aus its approx $10 sq/ft for the royal meadow stuff

Where they do stock the classier stuff like wickett & craig, herman oak etc they do not seem to keep it in the lighter weight unfortunately.

i just got my 1st order from wicket and craig and i got their utility grade and it is better than tandys good stuff. they will split itdown to what ever weight you want also.
