Josh33806 Report post Posted June 4, 2013 Hi everyone, I am just wondering what brand or where you purchase your favorite light weight veg tan leather sides from? 2-3oz I have used the Royal Meadow line from Tandy and it was really quite nice. I ordered one of their cheaper lines, the Oak Leaf out of curiosity as it was extremely cheap...and thats exactly what I got, cheap leather. I will use it for something at some stage, lining belts etc. Here in Aus its approx $10 sq/ft for the royal meadow stuff Where they do stock the classier stuff like wickett & craig, herman oak etc they do not seem to keep it in the lighter weight unfortunately.
