Proleptic Shipping

I purchased a manual from Proleptic.net and only received a confirmation on my email. There is no tracking number or expected shipping date, absolutely no shipping info. Has anybody ordered any manuals from them and could tell me how long does it take to receive them.

I have ordered and purchased many things from them and they will come through. Give them a call and they can fill you in on status of your order. Good Folks there.

I have the same problem.

Wrote them twice to ask about my order and no answer.

If it isn't here in a day or two I'll have to call them.

Gotta say I was pretty pleased this time around. In the past some things slipped through the cracks a bit. When they finished the tool sale web posting and processed my order they called to ask if they could split the heavy stuff off and ship some things UPS and some flat rate priority mail. I asked her to please send me a list of what I got and didn't. She emailed that within an hour. Everything shipped out the next day and received here well packed.

What is a contact number for these guys? I'm STILL waiting for them to process an order and I want to talk to somebody, but their website only has a neutral contact form to fill out. Historically I don't order from any website that doesn't have a customer service phone #, but this forum seemed to paise them pretty highly so I bit the bullet and put in an order, but no way to contact these "Good Folks"

I ordered two books from them three weeks ago. Got the conformantion email when I placed the order. After two weeks I sent an email for an update. No response! Finally got my order this past Wednesday. This kind of service just burners me up! The first two times I ordered their service was quick. Got the items in less than a weeks.

Yeah, they told me last week that they were sending my stuff out in the mail. So this monday I called and was told the book came in miraculously that morning and was being shipped out first thing Tuesday. I never received confirmation that it was shipped, so I called up and was told the gal who's looking into it wasn't there and she'd call me back. Now they won't answer my calls unless I phone from a different number. This is becoming such a joke. I'm STILL waiting. I don't mind delays or back orders, but to be given flat out lies absolutely makes me mad. I don't lie to people and I expect the same, especially from a business. If there are problems, they need to tell me, not lie to my face. Right now I am so pissed off. I need the book, but will never order from these scumbags again.

Seems this kind of service is becoming the norm these days. I'm with you. If you can't deliver the goods then just tell me.
