Jrm Clips Thumbs Down!

I dont undertand them....I ordered several thousand clips and they said they would invoice me when they had them made up...well about 2-3 months later I check to see what's going on and they said they never had my contact information ( BULL-CRAP!) But they said they would invoice me right away...however after repeated phone calls and emails they still have not even invoiced me!!

How on earth do they stay in business???????

Does anybody have a decent supplier out there for metal clips who is not hitting a crack pipe???
