bucksnort Report post Posted November 22, 2013 I do the same as Bryce, except that I've always rinsed mine several times.then let them dry & retemper. Rinsing may not be necessary. Rit always seems to hold up well, I have some reins with red interweaves I've been using for a couple of year that are still nice & bright. Luck, Buck Not sure why that's so small! KnotHead Report post Posted November 22, 2013 I have dyed some horse hide with Beet Juice, and one time in coffee can filled with coffee and some coffee grounds. Both of those seemed to work out really well.
