Biker Wallet, 2Nd Try

Hi, was looking at KKs tute in 'How do I do that?' and decided I should give wallets a go. Didn't have the right leathers so it's all 1.4-1.6mm veg (last of a lot from New Zealand - the tannery is closed now). The first one, I had trouble sewing so I laced around the outside - pics at the end of the KK thread - but this one I wanted to sew.

My machine's an odd little hand-cranked patcher, the Able 290, and feeding one-handed while cranking is taking some getting used to, but aside from that all's good

I used Copperstone dye for the black and the sealer and Tandy silver in the skull and cross, overdyed and wiped off with the black.

Very neat job. Practice really does help improve the job doesn't it.
