List Of Tools To Create This

I've been wanting to make some bridle, breast, collars, and slobber straps and was wondering if anyone could give me a list of all the tools I would need to create these? I've made spur straps, but was lacking on a few tools, my edges didn't come out as clean as I would have liked, I used a dremel tool to smooth them out lol. But anyways my goal is to one day be able to make something like this

Lol not the jewels part. The inlay and stitching and leather part. I like the shape of these bridles, with the gator and I've seen some with stingray etc used. I was thinking a strap cutter but I wasn't sure since this bridle isn't cut straight

As far as cutting this bridle out of leather goes, a Strap Cutter will be helpful for the straight parts.

If a company makes lots of these bridles, the other parts are probably cut with a clicker and a cutting die.

If You are just making one, you draw out the design you want and then transfer the design to the leather and cut that out.
