Members Desert Moon Posted January 9, 2014 Members Report Posted January 9, 2014 A friiend of mine ask me if I could make her acredit card wallet likme one she had seen someone else with. This is what i ended up with. Just charging her a little but what should something like this sell for? Quote
Members GamberLeathercrafter Posted January 10, 2014 Members Report Posted January 10, 2014 I think I would just give her that one. Quote
Members Neillo Posted January 11, 2014 Members Report Posted January 11, 2014 The carving and detail on the back is beautiful! Only thing is that the stitching and edging really lets it down, getting the tension of each stitch even and the angle of the holes even makes all the difference (which is why i use a stitching fork tool now.) sometimes leaving a project unedged or opting for lacing instead can make all the difference, but lacing needs the same attention to tension and spacing, looking at how the lace or thread "bites" into the leather and causes fine wrinkling is the key to good stitches if your holes are good (at least in the finer weight leathers.) Good luck with whatever you choose to do! -N Quote
