austinb Report post Posted March 19, 2014 I came across this today, in the forum here. In making bi-fold wallets, it seems that the bottom of the wallet is not stitched to allow for folding. I am wondering if someone was working off a template, are the two pieces different sizes? see an example below that shows the bottom bowing out more. Ryan Barto Report post Posted March 22, 2014 (edited) In the wallet you have pictured, the outer shell is a bit longer than the inside. You are correct in this allowing for folding.
