I just received my Artisan 3000 and it runs way faster than I like. I looked at the tutorial online and mine is a different motor I guess. When I hold the down arrow for 5 seconds it gives the numbers 0-9 not the numbers shown on the tutorial. Don't know what that means.

Here's some directions, you only have 5 seconds to complete your task or you have to start back @ the beginning.

Thanks for the quick response especially on Easter Sunday.

When I hold the button down for 5 seconds it reads "SET0" if I push the up arrow to where it says "SET3" and push the down arrow it says "on" then nothing else will change. Pushing the down arrow on any other number does nothing at all. the speed readout on the motor when running shows the RPM and goes up to about 3000. Its not the speed that really bothers me, but the short throw of the peddle before high speed.

You should read this topic which is all about how some members have modified their push button servo motors for extra fine speed control over the full range of travel.
