Members cleanview Posted November 1, 2014 Members Report Posted November 1, 2014 In the near future I want to purchase a couple of blue guns. I will list below what I can currently build for. What I am looking for is the blue gun purchase that I could offer the most holster with. I assume the longest barrel of a model and shorter models can be built off of it, but also curious what would be the most common request and then if that blue gun could be used for anything else. Just wanting to maximize the effectiveness of dollars spent as I get started up. 1911 (most variants) ----Glock (most models)---Springfield XDM and XD----Bersa BP9CC---Taurus PT640----Taurus TCP 380 ---CZ75B--- SigP938 And it is my assumption that if I get a request for a holster for a popular gun it is a good investment to just order the blue gun and have it for future................it just takes knowing what the most popular models are. Example I have a request for an XDS and I would think that would be a popular holster model in the future. Quote Amarillo Texas bambamholsters.com
RMB Custom Leather Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 Take a look on our homepage bottom left and you will see our top 10 bestsellers http://www.bluegunstore.com/index.aspx . These are from actual sales which usually means more holster sales from these models. Members BHPshooter Posted November 5, 2014 Members Report Posted November 5, 2014 I think it depends a lot on what your market is. I don't think it's the same for everybody. My most used (not in any order) are the Browning Hi power, full-size 1911, and commander-size 1911. It drops steeply off after that, but use the K-frame S&W mold and Glock 19/23/32 mold a fair amount. I have several that I've only used one time, and I even have one -- a S&W J-frame mold, of all things! -- that I haven't used at all. Ever. My point is, it can be really hard to determine what particular demands you will see. Quote
Members snubbyfan Posted November 5, 2014 Members Report Posted November 5, 2014 Good point, sounds like Utah's a bit different from a small town in the mountains of West Virginia. Lately I've had a run on J frame pocket holsters. Quote Keep on Chooglin'Check out my YouTube Channel, comment and subscribe for updateshttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOM3hbruUKHov9kquIxXKlA
