Mccann Report post Posted November 8, 2014 hello all, I have an older artisan cylinder arm walking foot machine 2318-1. I just noticed that the inner foot one side is broken off . I bought this machine a year ago, and I have some eye issues. I just noticed it because every time I use reverse the thread unravels and breaks. Question does anyone know if there are replacement parts for this? Also another question I have tried sewing a gator print cowhide leather , it is thin, but with some temper, sews fine single, but when double thickness the needle makes a ugly torn up marks on back, any ideas, oh ihave reduced the pressure on the feet to reduce the tracks, but still have the needle issue, thx Darlene Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Constabulary Report post Posted November 8, 2014 (edited) Wow - Artisan can´t support you with a simple inner foot? What a "Great" Company! I think the machine takes the standard Singer 111 type foot, don´t they? Can you post a picture of the foot era of the machine?
