hello all, I have an older artisan cylinder arm walking foot machine 2318-1. I just noticed that the inner foot one side is broken off . I bought this machine a year ago, and I have some eye issues. I just noticed it because every time I use reverse the thread unravels and breaks. Question does anyone know if there are replacement parts for this? Also another question I have tried sewing a gator print cowhide leather , it is thin, but with some temper, sews fine single, but when double thickness the needle makes a ugly torn up marks on back, any ideas, oh ihave reduced the pressure on the feet to reduce the tracks, but still have the needle issue, thx Darlene

Wow - Artisan can´t support you with a simple inner foot? What a "Great" Company!

I think the machine takes the standard Singer 111 type foot, don´t they?

Can you post a picture of the foot era of the machine?
