Pounder Posted January 17, 2015 Report Posted January 17, 2015 Very nice. Definitely see the advantage to quick draw. I am sure you would not divulge a trade secret but what holds it in or keeps it from falling out. Metal brace????? Quote
Members Red Cent Posted January 18, 2015 Author Members Report Posted January 18, 2015 The holster has three strips of flashing cut to fit. Strips glued to each other and the leather. Wraps all the way around the cylinder area. And the two tension screws keeps the gun straight and secure. There is also a dimple placed in the trigger guard area barely bending in the metal and leather. No trigger interference but tension is good. Bend everything into shape (almost). Wet, form some more and then I wrap something like this in an Ace Bandage. Leather will dry very hard and rigid. Lot of retention on the gun. Won't fall out. Quote
