Members Striker Posted January 19, 2022 Members Report Posted January 19, 2022 Can someone help me with the circuit diagram of the needle positioner? I have JIN PSM550E which is a rebranded Redsun R9. I purchased an ISM synchronizer as the compaitable synchronizer is not available. if someone can send few pictures of open synchronizer or draw a circuit diagram, it would be really helpful Quote
Members sorefingers76 Posted February 7 Members Report Posted February 7 The sensor is mounted on the hand wheel. So as long as it stays tight and the machine keeps its time. It should work flawless. Because the sensor Is reading the position on the main shaft in the machine. And tells the controller that position so when you back press the pedal the controller knows where you told it was up. When you set it up and if it stays in time and the sensor dose not come lose it should run the motor enough to put it to top position. If the sensor was installed on the motor which is incorrect a speed reducer pully system or a belt slip would be a nightmare. That's why they go on the hand wheel so they keep time with the machine. Belts slip as we all know. Quote
