what is the best thing to use for clean-up after using feibings oil dyes? I'm spraying them with an airrush. I thought mineral spirits would work but it just separated like oil and water.

I use methylated spirit - which I think is called denatured alcohol in the US.

I use 91% Isopropyl Alcohol. I got it from Wal-Mart or CVS. It's a little lower grade than the dye reducer, so it's perfect for cleanup.

The cheapest place to get 100% Isopropyl Alcohol is the veterinary supply. About $10 gallon. It is perfect for reducing dyes and de-glazing.

Thanks, I was wondering where to get that. I figured the dye reducer is pretty much 100 % iso, but never knew where to find it.

Thanks again,

Marlon
