Members Rohn Posted April 23, 2015 Members Report Posted April 23, 2015 Holsters look nice. What is the purpose of the slit in the holster that shows the bottom of the cylinder? Quote
Contributing Member Bob Blea Posted April 23, 2015 Contributing Member Report Posted April 23, 2015 I was wondering the same thing.... Quote

Members Rohn Posted April 24, 2015 Members Report Posted April 24, 2015 Thanks for the explanation. I have made many holsters and looked at even more but this is the first time I have ever seen a cylinder slot! Quote
Members BubbaJon Posted April 24, 2015 Members Report Posted April 24, 2015 I'm assuming that "extra" belt slot is to vary the cant. How well does that work? It seems to me that it might put a "torque" on the belt with neither of them quite on kilter. Quote
Members goodfella Posted April 28, 2015 Author Members Report Posted April 28, 2015 depends on the belt our 1-3/4 double stitch or even 1-1/2 bull hide belts work great never had any issues Quote
