How To Attain This Finish

How'd do you attain this almost natural color? Steps and required liquids please...

Those are two different techniques. The first may be just antique gel or the background being separately colored with a brush and antiqued then. The second one is a filigree and a colored liner in the back.

What color of antique do you think those are?

If the colors are not altered too much by the camera it should be mahogany.

Looks to me like fist example the background was dyed and then finished with something like Clearlac and second example simply finished with Clearlac. Leather may have oiled applied before finish.
