Members sl03560 Posted June 1, 2015 Members Report Posted June 1, 2015 I started making archery arm guards, Tandy's Antique Gel for color and finished with my own beeswax based recipe. This wax mix has worked great for everything i have done. A friend was wearing an arm guard he ordered from me, and due to heat and sweat, stain started rubbing off on the part against his skin. What can i finish the backside (part that touches the arm) to prevent the color from running? I think i still want to use my wax mix on the front, but the backside needs something durable. Quote
Thor Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 Just line it with deer or goat skin. Much nicer feel. Quote
